How can we create better homes and neighbourhoods?
On 10th December, Understanding Society will launch its annual findings report, Insights 2015 at an event for policy makers in the housing sector.
Findings from the Housing chapter show that we are seeing a trend towards lower housing mobility, more instability and lower quality housing for many people. This evidence will be presented by research author, Dr Paul Sissons from the Centre for Business in Society, Coventry University and discussed by the panel:
- Terrie Alafat, Chief Executive, Chartered Institute of Housing
- Matt Bell, Group Head of External Affairs, Berkeley Group
- Shane Brownie, Head of Research and Analysis, National Housing Federation
- Stephen Howlett, Chief Executive, Peabody Housing Trust
The full programme is now available
