New Understanding Society help-desk hour
Have a question about using Understanding Society? Discuss it directly with our User Support team during the online help-desk hour.
On Wednesday 27 February, 2.30 - 3.30 p.m. the Understanding Society User Support team will be hosting an online help-desk hour. This will be facilitated through an online Go To Meeting session.
This free one hour online session is for data users who would like to discuss with User Support how to understand, manage and prepared Understanding Society data for analysis. We want our data users to make the best use of the Study and through this help-desk hour we are offering you the chance to have your questions addressed in person by the User Support team. You'll also hear from others using the Study and be able to share your work and experience of using these data.
To give the team time to analyse and address your querie in full, please email your question to us by 20 February. Attendees are limited to 20 per help-desk hour.
