Derived Variable Note

This is the 7-item short version of the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (WEMWBS, see Tennant et al., 2007). The SWEMWBS is scored on a 5-point Likert scale, from none of the time to all of the time, and summed to give a total score, ranging from 7 to 35; higher scores indicate higher levels of well-being. For further details see Stewart-Brown et al. (2009). References: Stewart-Brown, S., Tennant, A., Tennant, R., Platt, S., Parkinson, J., & Weich, S. (2009).
