The User Support Forum is a place where you can ask specific questions or seek help from our user support team. Understanding Society user support staff monitor the Forum Monday to Friday throughout the year and the Forum also has information about questions that have been asked in the past.
We have an online help-desk hour every month where users can ask questions directly to the user support team.
We also host webinars on aspects of the study.
