Variable note:
Discrepancies were identified in the codes and values between "oprlg1" and "oprlg1_bh" for BHPSw1 and BHPSw7. To illustrate, the "Methodist" option was assigned code "05" in "oprlg1_bh" and code "07" in "oprlg1." This inconsistency has been rectified in wave 13 release.
