Fieldwork documents include all materials used in the process of collecting the data. They include all correspondence with participants such as the prenotification letter, invitations and reminders for each survey sent by post, email and SMS, unsubscribe messages, and supporting materials such as additional leaflets and the FAQs on the participant website.
