We are interested to know how many people you support on a one-to-one or individual basis, i.e., not groups of people at clubs, support groups or community services such as meals-on-wheels, hospital transport, etc. How many people living elsewhere do you give unpaid support to on a one-to-one basis? If supporting two parents living together, count each separately.
