Job-related Wellbeing Scale: Anxiety subscale
Job-related Wellbeing Scale, originally devised by Warr (1990): Anxiety subscale (from Warr’s “Anxiety-Contentment” scale). This is computed as the sum of the reverse-coded input variables. If an item from the subscale is missing, the mean value of the remaining two items is imputed. Higher values on the scale represent lower levels of anxiety.
