Text: This interview is completely voluntary, if we should come to any question that you don't want to answer, just let me know and we'll go onto the next question. Due to the coronaviruspandemic, we know that life has changed a lot for everyone in the country. When you are answering the survey, we would like you to answer according to your circumstances now, even if these are not normal. There will be a short section about the effect of the coronavirus on your health, and we have updated some of the response options in the questionnaire to reflect recent changes. However, one of the strengths of the survey is asking a common set of questions each year, to look at how people's lives have changed.
