Text: Using the tape provided, measure yourself around your waist. The measure is best taken against bare skin or light clothing. First, stand up straight. Be careful not to have the tape too tight, you should be able to slip your little finger under it comfortably. Breathe out and do not suck in your stomach, then I will read the measurement.
