Next, I would like to measure your weight and body fat. Along with your height, your weight contributes to your Body Mass Index, the BMI. The BMI is frequently used to predict health outcomes. In adition to BMI, body fat percentage is a useful indicator of the nutritional status and health of a population. I will ask you to take off your shoes and socks and stand on some scales. Can I just check, have you had a pacemaker or internal defibrillator fitted?
