if (ANY IVH has any children aged 6 or over in the household OR CPlay1 = 3) & ff_showcardw3 = 2 (Person completing the household questionnaire has child(ren) aged 6 or over in the household or child(ren) under 6 that are already at school and no showcard treatment group)
and if CDepTrp1 = 2 (Children do not go on school trips)
