Thanks for taking part in this survey. The information you have given us is very useful.
We do have another 15 to 25 {if compressionw13 = 2} / 10 {if compressionw13 = 4} minutes of questions that we would like to ask you. Like the rest of the survey, these are completely voluntary and you do not have to answer them.
