Cognitive ability: Subtract 7: Number of correct answers
Cognitive ability: Result of a test of working memory (Subtract 7), or the short-term integration, processing, disposal and retrieval of information. Respondents were asked to give the correct answer to a series of subtraction questions. Starting at 100, respondents were asked to subtract 7 up to 5 times. This variable counts the number of correct answers on each of the up to five serial subtractions.
