amount deduction component 9: (net) council tax

This variable is only available in the Special Licence (SN 6931) and Secure Access (SN 6676) datasets.

Net council tax is equal to the gross council tax applying any single person discount and then subtracting any council tax reduction. For further details about derived income variables, see the Derived Income variables section of the User Guide.
