Variable note:
The question which asks the reason why the most recent job ended - 'jbendreas' - changed from 'code one option' to 'code all that apply' in Wave 7. As a result of this change, from Wave 7 onward, instead of one variable w_jbendreas, there are 11 variables (0-1 not mentioned-mentioned).
