Derived variable note:
De facto marital status. Recode of marstat to add two further categories: children aged under 16 (based on age_dv and ivfio) and respondents who are presently living in a couple (based on livewith). Not harmonised with the BHPS because livewith is only included in the UKHLS. Syntax file marstat_dv creates marital status derived variable.
Uses marstat, age_dv, livewith and ivfio.
