Using a scale from 0 to 10 where 0 represents something you definitely would not do and 10 means something you definitely would do, if next year we asked you to complete a questionnaire on the internet, how likely is it that you would complete the questionnaire?

and if (GRIDVARIABLES.ModeType = 1 & CASISTART.scac = 1 thru 3) | GRIDVARIABLES.ModeType = 2 (Mode is face-to-face and has agreed to self-completion OR mode is telephone)
