Height in cm, derived
Height in cm. Derived from YPHLHTF_DV and YPHLHTI_DV, converted to metric units, and YPHLHTC. YPHLHTC is set to missing (-9), or imputed from non-missing YPHLHTF, if YPHLHTC greater than 231 (i.e., 7ft 7 inches). If YPHLHTC is less than 90 and YPHLHTF is missing, height assumed to be reported in inches only. Recoded to missing (-9) if derived height in cm is less than the 0.4th percentile height for a child of the same gender a year younger or greater than the 96.4th percentile height for a child of the same gender a year older. Where the growth chart differentiates pre- and post-puberty values, the pre-puberty values are used.
