Religion: condensed GB-NI version
Respondent’s religion. Combines responses from the British and Northern Irish questionnaire versions to the lowest common denominator, differentiating between no religion, Christian, Muslim, Hindu and other religion. Note that the questions changed across waves. The wave 1 code frame differs in GB and Northern Ireland and was changed in wave 3. Wave 5 used a new code frame across GB and Northern Ireland. The wave 7 questions are identical to the wave 3 questions.
