Variable note:
This variable measures how hours are determined at your main job. The output values are displayed as continuous but are categorical. The value options are (1) Fixed weekly hours, (2) I choose my hours, (3) My employer chooses my hours, with a minimum guaranteed number of hours and (4) My employer chooses my hours, with no minimum guaranteed number of hours.
