Question interviewer instructions:
TAKE THE HAIR SAMPLE. ONCE THE HAIR SAMPLE HAS BEEN CUT, FOLD THE FOIL OVER THE HAIR SAMPLE TO ENSURE THE SAMPLE IS CONTAINED SECURELY WITHIN THE FOIL. PLACE THE HAIR SAMPLE INTO THE SAMPLE ENVELOPE WITH THE SCALP (CUT END) UPPERMOST. PLACE LABELLED HAIR SAMPLE ENVELOPE INTO THE DISPATCH ENVELOPE WITH THE DISPATCH NOTE AND CONSENT FORM. PLEASE SHIP THE HAIR SAMPLE AND SIGNED CONSENT FORM TO THE UNIVERSITY OF ESSEX, UNDERSTANDING SOCIETY. WAS THE HAIR SAMPLE OBTAINED?
