Finally, I would like to take a whole blood sample. GIVE THE PARTICIPANT THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD SAMPLE COLLECTION INFORMATION SHEET AND EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE COMPLETELY. ALLOW THEM TIME TO READ IT AND ASK YOU ANY QUESTIONS. IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO READ THE LEAFLET, GO THROUGH IT WITH THEM TO ENSURE THEY FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THE MEASUREMENT INVOLVES. Are you willing to let me collect a full blood sample from you?
