Suppose CHILD NAME gains the required qualifications to apply to university, applies, and gets a place. How likely is it that CHILD NAME will finish his/her studies?

if ff_paredexpectip8 = 1 and ff_paredaboutip8 MIS (Adult responded to the Parental Educational Expectations module at IP8 AND identifier for subject of questions at IP8 is not missing)
and if (ff_paredaboutip8 = 1) & (HHGRID.CLSTAT for that child 0) (Child was asked about at IP8 and is not deceased)
and if (KATUNI 4) & (KATUNI 5) (Child is not studying at a HE College or University)
and if PODDSQUAL > 0 (Child has greater than no chance of gaining qualifications to get into university)
