Question label:

Waist measurement 1 CM

Question text:

Using the tape provided, measure yourself around your waist. The measure is best taken against bare skin or light clothing. First, stand up straight. Then, on your side, find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. Place the tape measure around your middle at a point halfway between them (just above the belly button). Be careful not to have the tape too tight, you should be able to slip your little finger under it comfortably. Breathe out and do not suck in your stomach, then I will read the measurement.
