Variable note:
In Wave 10, a script error occurred when hlcko_code was recorded as -1 (dont know) or -2 (refusal), causing the omission of the hlckn97 question, which should have been included. The question hlckn97 still is relevant if respondents do not know what the test was for, because they would likely know if it was NHS or private. This issue has been rectified from Wave 12 onwards.
